This Privacy Policy explains how A1 Global Logistics LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a quote or use our logistics and software services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you send us: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number and country.
• Shipment and order details: contents, values, weights, recipient and delivery information, invoices and payment records.
• Account information for A1 Brain: user names, login details and settings.
• Technical information: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and reliability.

2. Quote form

When you use our quote form we collect your name, company (optional), email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of destination, the service you need, the description of your goods and, if you provide it, their estimated weight or volume, together with your consent and the date of the request. We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up with you by email, phone or WhatsApp. The form is processed on our own server and delivered to our team by email. A hidden field is used to block automated spam; we do not use third-party tracking on the form.

3. How we use information

• To prepare quotes, coordinate shipments and orders, and provide our software services.
• To invoice our services and keep accounting and tax records.
• To identify customers and meet legal obligations, including U.S. export and sanctions rules.
• To support, secure and improve our services.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver the service you request: with licensed carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and insurers that handle your shipment, with suppliers, payment processors, hosting and messaging providers, or when the law requires it.

5. Customer data in A1 Brain

When a business uses A1 Brain, the messages and records it processes belong to that business. We process that data only on its instructions to provide the service, and never for advertising.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser.

7. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Quote requests that do not lead to a service are deleted when they are no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorized personnel.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@a1globallogistics.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Minors

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
